Greetings, All;
 
I will be getting my ham ticket by the end of the month, (no doubt
about it!), and I need a 2M xcvr to get on the air.  I prefer a mobile,
but a HT would be ok.  Either way it must be able to operate from 12 VDC,
(which I have available), have PL capability, have at least 1 watt output
and be guarenteed no DOA.  Programmable is preferred but rockbound is ok.
Just something to get on the local 2 M repeaters.
 
Now the hard part:  I am diabled and must depend on Social Security, so
there is no way I can afford several hundred dollars.  Does anyone out
there have such a rig which they would be willing to let go for $50.00 to
$100.00 including shipping to Sheboygan, WI?
