ML> Next day, there were little teeny-tiny frogs.
Soon there will be snakes.
Any frogs I've encountered go through a tadpole stage. I didn't
think there would be any in a hot desert. But Wikipedia advises me
that:frogs typically lay their eggs in water. The eggs hatch into
aquatic larvae called tadpoles that have tails and internal gills
... The life cycle is completed when they metamorphose into adults.
A few species deposit eggs on land and bypass the tadpole stage.
