I'm currently using VAC++ 3.0 at office and at home as well.
I use it mostly for non-GUI application. It performs very good at both
32M and 16M 486 66MHz machine. I haven't use the VisualBuilder much
except a few testing programs.
  Workframe V3.0 Project file and Workplace Shell templates make it
quite easy to organize multi-projects application. I found the 
WF's built-in editor slow in loading (in 16M PC). But I always use
my favorite editor SPF/PC, so that is not a problem for me.
  The vendor support is pretty good, in my opinion. CSD are being 
released regularly. Problem reporting and resolution is quite good
from my experience.
