That's right, you're just seeing stats.  We have a problem that
occurs 60% of the time or something.  I'm surprised that YOU 
would fall for something so obvious.

I think it's a combination.  Other modems can connect HS to me,
you can connect to other modems HS.  Therefore it can be fixed
either end, and is in fact fixed neither end.
