Eggs Benedict Variations

Eggs Benedict

Eggs Blackstone adds streaky bacon and a tomato slice.

Eggs Blanchard adds Bechamel sauce for Hollandaise.

Eggs Florentine adds spinach.

Eggs Chesapeake adds a Maryland blue crab cake.
