Inattentitiveness (sp??) is spreading rapidly anymore.  It may be that they
are not really paying attention to what is going on when they act that way.

Parents who have kids that don't probably don't believe that anyone else's
kids do.  Parents of kids who do probably believe that their kid is
"gifted" and that no one else's kid really does that stuff.  ;-)
