Phew! That'll be the one for me, then.

PD> Naturally, as a beta tester, I have it turned on. It works :-)

I should become a beta tester myself... I seem to find ALL the bugs
and/or non-compatible code. :(

You can get CEd to count the occurences by simply doing a "turbo" replace
of the pattern with itself. (No wildcards, though!)

But I wouldn't want to bve without my grep; I use it in too many scripts!
For example, I use it to break down my log-files (literally megs in size)
to smaller, more specific logs.

  eg. From my trapdoor.log I generate a CallFailed.log, a Busy.log and
logs for specific systems (in times of troubleshooting) by simply grepping
TD.log for particular keywords...

It certainly saves wading through miles of log entries!

  Shall I shut up now? __ /~oooO Oooo~\
