  Due to plumbing issues, the steaks got placed in the freezer.  Will
  report in a few days.  I wasn't in the mood to cook or even eat on
  the 13'th after all the fuckery with the pipes.  Happy to report the
  plumbing issue should be 100% resolved now as a new trench was dug, and
  all new pipes for the black water are in place.
