I wonder by way of speculation, IFn a body wuz to ship out millions of
bucks to Swiss Banks, then maybe to African Banks, then to Central and
South American Banks, then thuh body was suddenly indicted on charges of
treason, murder, theft or some such thing, would all that money cover 
running a small country sort of?  8-)
Some folk did a lot of fancy footwork in a thing call White H2O, Madison,
then wholesale coin tossin with foreigh countries, then turned the WH into
a Motel `6', with this kind of footwork, could they still get the same
Federal Judge in Arkansas who did Paula Jones case down?
If you had collected billions of dollars in massive fraud, could you
afford to make your entire close in WH staff millionaires, or would you
just have them Arkancided?
