Actually, when I told you Bob hadn't called, I searched on "Laurence",
not "Lawrence".  He had called and failed.  BTW, I have found the
bit in BTPE 3.05 where it clears the inbound.  It does it just before
sending the two CRC bytes at the end of the hello structure.  ie I
know how to stop it clearing the early ACK you send.  The question
is - should I?  BFN.  Paul.

P.S. I contacted the guy who had the Spirit at work, but he has
taken it home and is using it now and next week too.  I'm going
to wander around some Yum Cha shops now, to see what hours they
are open.  I tried calling but no response.  I may buy, or I may
wait until Monday, I don't know.
