press others to do the same, maintain 6' of pysical distancing, self

contacts and test them while they self isolate until they are
cleared. Look at the numbers for Japan, Korea and New Zealand and
then do what they do. My jurisdiction has had no cases for the last

(S)he was a flyin worker from outside of the NWT who boarded a
charter flight in Edmonton that flew directly to the mine by passing
Yellowknife. The mine being an essential part of the economy got an
exemption but they have to test every employee every morning and have
a secure isolation area for infected patients and a larger one for
the contacts.

      Title: Kohlrabi and Apple Salad with Creamy Mustard Dressing
 Categories: Salads, Condiments, Dressing, Dairy
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Heavy cream
      2 tb Fresh lemon juice
      1 tb Coarse grained mustard
      3 tb Finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 ts Sugar
      2 lb Kohlrabi bulbs, trimmed,
           -peeled and julienned
      1    Granny Smith apple
 
  Reserve the leaves for another purpose.

  In a bowl whisk the cream until it holds soft peaks and whisk in the
  lemon juice, the mustard, the parsley, the sugar, and salt and pepper
  to taste. Stir in the kohlrabi strips and the apple, peeled, cored,
  and diced, and combine the salad well.
