Doesn't surprise me at all!  She is my hero!  If there's anyone who has done 
more for the backyard horseperson who's trying to train their horse 
themselves and wants to do it right, it's Lendon.  I think if there was one 
horseperson in the world I'd like to meet, it would be her.  I saw her ride 
once at a NEDA show, and she rode a little half-arab.  And that was in the 
days when NO ONE rode Arabs in dressage!  I loved her from that day on (g).
Her column in PH is about the best there is.
And of course, Mike Plumb rates right up there too!
