I was in the hospital for different tests for the heart procedure
that I had back in April of 1996. Found that there is some heart
damage but still better than when I had the procedure done.
This afternoon I finally got out on the bike. It was in the 70s
here and so I thought I would check it out and give it a try. I
only rode 2 miles as this is the first of the year. I will be
adding a little more each week till I am up to my 25 miles a day
program. So far no heart problems.
