 Not ODD at all. They are NOT eligable to Apply, never the less get
accecpted.                       
 And only 1 out of 10 even over there get accecpted. Lots of the Rejects
go to MIT, Stanford Etc.
 You may NOT but I admire Kids like that. Reminds me of what the United
States USED to be Like!!!
