  It's really weird when a bloke gets up at four in the morning and
shoots his entire family. Desperation is too small a word. I think the
area does have an effect on it, too. We have some loonies near us, but
Concord is such a stable place that they're not allowed to shoot
themselves, so they get a cat instead.

  There's a thought! It must be you doing it. A poor bastard moves
into the area, gets a cat to make desperation bearable, and you shoot
his cat! First chance you get. No wonder they're all upset in Logan
City.
