| subject: | Visual Builder and Bitmaps |
Hallo Sena, Sena Gbeckor-Kove schreef dit aan ALL: SG> I was ust wondering if somebody who has used the visual builder could SG> please tell me how to load a bitmap into a bitmap control as I just can't SG> figure it out. You have to put the bitmap in a resource DLL and provide the name of the DLL and the indentifier to the bitmap control's first settings page. Maybe you have to connect a (ready) event to the bitmaps show action. The project smart include a resource DLL option. I haven't found a way to connect a filename to it, but I'm sure it's possible since a bitmap control accepts a bitmap attribute. You just have to find a way to load a bitmap and pass the bitmap handle to the bitmap control. The easy way is to dig in the documentation and hope for a ready-to-run solution. The hard way ( not so hard ) is to write your own part which opens a bitmap file and which can return the bitmap handle via a connection. Toedeloe, Jorgen de Gier --- GEcho 1.00* Origin: Hoi!
