The father was under a DVO, and despite living apart from the rest of his
family, had taken the 3 kids to the Gold Coast for 2 weeks holiday (with
his wife's permission).  This cunt actually killed them somewhere between
the GC and home, and brought them back ALREADY DEAD, then broke his way
into his wife's parent's home at Hillcrest, and killed them as well.  With
a 30-30 Winchester, which he'd been banned from owning by the courts.  

Makes you wonder just what goes through some people's minds...

The oppressive heat and humidity doesn't help either.  Domestic violence
peaks in the hot summer months up here, and presumably everywhere else as

Damn right.  Got another one last weekend too, right near the aviary.  The
creepy little bastard must have been on his 9th life, too.  :)

Upset?  Completely loony would be a closer description.  Amazing how much
an area can change in just 10-12 years too.  Murders, rapes, burglaries,
street violence, et al.  Did I tell you that Logan has Australia's highest
per-capita juvenile crime rate (documented fact) ?  If I can find anybody
silly enough to buy this place, we're out of here.
