I've run into it every now and then...and the answer is simple...they get
treated like every other offender would...no different at all. They still
get the ticket, they still get arrested. They get "handled" just like
everyone else does....what happens to them later is beyond my control, so I
don't give it a second thought, but initially they get the same treatment as
everyone else.
