IBM VisualAge C++ + IBM Developers API Extensions (found on IBM Developers
Connection CDs) is the best bet if you wish to port your code from Windows
to OS/2.

DAX contains analysis tools, documentation and Windows emulation-calls
which makes the porting process relatively easy.
