To the same extent that the typical taxpayer paying said teacher gets on
his job, which in this state is "employment at will" (meaning your employer
can fire you for any reason other than racial discrimination, sexual
discrimination, ethnic discrimination, truthfully reporting workplace
violations, etc.).
Employers, other than the very few unionized ones in this state, can fire
workers for any reason at all or no stated reason unless it's discrimination
or retaliating for employee turning them in for lawbreaking. Public-school
teachers seem the only exception!

Yes, but I sure don't believe tenure (as developed in this state's case
