I am also very happy you didn't have Windows in that list. ;) Have you seen the self-checkouts in grocery stores? I think they are going into Home Depot too... But the ones I have seen are using Windows NT. :( I think that may explain the very slow responsiveness of them. Or maybe bad programming..
