As I understand this, it's not enough to be an American citizen our
governor is now an American citizen, but unless someone changes the
constitution Arnold can never be POTUS. One of the requirements to be POTUS
is that one must have been born in the US or one of her territories. Had
Arnold been born in Guam or the Panama Canal zone he could be POTUS. One of
Barry's parents (his mother) is an American citizen so there is no question
that he qualifies to run under that requirement, but if it can be proven
that he was, in fact, born in Kenya he cannot be POTUS.
