Since you seem to be so keen on me changing my mode command
(about as relevant as me changing my underpants), I have taken
a look at the difference between the two:
1. I have IDSR=OFF, ODSR=OFF, DTR=ON. These are defaults so are
irrelevant. Actually, I will remove them because of that.
2. You have XON=OFF. That is a default too.
3. I have TO=OFF. I believe that is in there to stop OS/2
disabling the com port after too many errors.
So, are you happy with my mode command now?
"mode com3:57600,n,8,1,octs=on,rts=hs,to=off,buffer=on"
I will reboot my computer now, so if it fails, it will fail
now. BFN. Paul.
