Not really sure how slow the TECH echo has been, I've been
distracted by an ugly festering postule in the c_echo lately.
;-) 

Just the thought of moving all of FIDO to elist robots so that
information vampires can sit back and suck our brains
fascinates me to no end. The quality of information oozing from
Yahoo alone is staggering. I think I've learned more about
programming these last few weeks than the entire decade these
people have remained silent as they suck FIDO dry. 

If nothing else would be accomplished it would kill off BBS'g
once and for all when sysops realized they were redundant and
had zero users. ;-) 

You should realize by now that your messages account for much
of the bulk of FIDO echos and probably of the numbers of
messages posted. When you stop typing FIDO inhales then holds
it's breath. ;-) 

I average 10% which makes me 'small potatoes' by comparison. 

Other than weather reports and Yahoo elisters sucking up to one
another you didn't miss much in FIDOland.
