Recently I've been able to eat some beef again. This would work
fine for me, as the less cooked the beef is the better my stomach
accepts it.
Next week is our aniversay. Andrea has requested "A very expensive
steak." so advice on what cut would be nice. I will be grilling on
either propane or charcoal (depending on what people say). ;)
