Can't say as I've ever wanted to "re-enable" it. I suppose
though that by
putting the keyboard in Binary mode you could interecpt CTRL-C and CTRL-P and
decide what to do with them via flags or semaphores. The trick of course is
to remeber to reassign the original ketboard before shelling to OS/2 or
exiting.

Enabling the printscreen is a system toggle and I honestly couldn't tell
you now where it's located.
To put the keyboard in binary mode the following code was translated from
C code from by an earlier volunteer.
CONST
hkbd : WORD = 0; {alternate keyboard handle}
VAR
newkbdinfo : kbdinfo;
Begin
KbdOpen(hkbd);
KbdGetFocus(IO_WAIT, hkbd);
newkbdinfo.cb := sizeof(newkbdinfo);
KbdGetStatus(newkbdinfo, hkbd);
newkbdinfo.fsMask := (newkbdinfo.fsMask and $00F7) or $0004;
KbdSetStatus(newkbdinfo, hkbd);
{insert code here}
KbdClose(hkbd);
END.
