Colin Powell used a private email server, and the fact remains the the State
Dept had no formal rules regarding how emails were to be sent.  I would suppose
that has changed by now.  At least I would hope so.

I have not heard of any of HER emails being out there.  The DNC emails yes, but
that is not hers.

Didnt seem so to the rest of the world.  Bill Clinton left you with a surplus,
when he left office, unlike his successor, who was rather hawkish and started a
war that is still raging to this day.
