subject: [--- MS-KERMIT Transfers ---]

To All You MS-KERMIT People,

I am attempting to perform an MS-KERMIT file transfer using the
WildCat! KERMIT mode here at ChowdaNet so that I can avoid re-dialing
via FTP and NetTamer for the 2,000 byte NODEDIFFs.

I have set the file TYPE to BINARY, changed translation from
READABLE to INVERTIBLE, and turned LOCKING SHIFT to the OFF mode. Am I
forgetting anything? ARCE will still not unarc the image successfully,
which seems to indicate that something is still getting translated in
the datastream instead of remaining transparent. What needs to be reset
to what? All of my transfers are successful, but the data comes through
unreadable/corrupted.... (?)

     Thanks In Advance
