You are right... :-(
But one thing is the money thar a country has... and another thing is the 
money that the families in scouts have... 
I don't know if I have explained myself enought... O:-)

You are lucky! Here we would pay for all :-(

Here in Spain... at least in Madrid, a lot of people does not know anything 
about Jamboree because we can not go... so Jamboree is not important for the 
most of Spanish scouts :-(
I think that only some scouts from The Balearic Islands and perhaps some more 
from Barcelona could go... :-(
