Okay, I've finally gotten bt32 to work, and it spawns and starts maximus, but 
then maximus says "fossil not loaded."  I'm using winfossil, and it worked 
when both bt and max were dos programs.  Max is still a dos program.  So, 
what am I doing wrong now?
