Hi Chad.
As you spend a little more time in EMS, you will find that sometimes, a
complaint about EMS is needed.  
Those of us who started back in the hearse days, and progressed from that,
to being the person who actually does say  CLEAR, and not on the computer,
recognize that if it were not for complaints about EMS, we would still
be back in those hearse days.
Complaints about poor response times, bring quicker response times.  
Complaints
about rude EMT's, or EMT-P's, bring better personnel.  Complaints about
improper conduct, bring better conduct.  Complaints about poor procedures,
or standing orders, get better ones in place.
Nothing happens overnight, but it will happen, unless no one complains
about it.
