Agreed. My only point was that there are many more Windows jobs
out there (the quality of which I alluded to), and that MFC skills DO
have some value in excess of what a current employer pays. The
latest Dr Dobb's, on p.96, makes a related argument, and lest the
author's independence be doubted, the argument is embedded in
a couple of discussions that give no comfort whatsoever to MS.

As this is an OS/2 echo, and as I think OS/2 + Open Class is just
dandy, I'll save any further comment for Os2_ne or Os_debate or
something .
