The times to avoid are 3.30am - 9am AEST, and 9-9.30pm AEST.
However, if you're quick, which you probably are, it doesn't
really matter if you do want to call during those times.
The only problem is if you call about 5am AEST it will be
engaged until about 6am.  BFN.  Paul.
