I am wondering what the source is and from what year?  What were the 
stats prior to the Clinton administration?  How has the legislature 
effected those stats? Were there any other interactive variables 
effecting those stats?  (ie:    Juvinelle Crime, Teenage pregnacy, 
drugs, general behavior, what?)  How did those stats compare to other 
stats with the other states? ( concerning studens who took the SAT ).
