Hello,

My Binkd (1.1a-49/Win32) crashed this morning. Two minutes after it was 02:00
for the second time, - the clock was set back from 03:00 to 02:00 because of
end of DST - it thought binkd.cfg had changed. And then it crashed during the
first incoming call after that:
