MS> Way to go.  Who are these jerks you are battling with?
 Principle of the school and the local school district. Now they are claiming 
that you can have a 504 without an evaluation and they can write a 504 and do 
behavior modifications without parental consent. We have also found a 504 
that they faked Audra's signature on. We got a copy of it last year and it 
has no signature... the copy they gave us yesterday has a signature on it.
