18 year old moves out... house calms down considerably (even with an ADHD
child here)... months go by... then bingo! David wants to move back home
(which probably won't happen since he has an older brother who is 22 and
will most likely convince him to move in together)... Dad thinks about it...
and thinks about it some more... says no because he is finally getting to
enjoy the (relative) peace! And by then we will likely be living in
Kamloops, BC... 300 miles north of Vancouver, population: 100,000.

No, I don't think he *will* want to move back home.
