BK> You would hand load the belt BK> into the plane. Into the guns, to be more specific. The plane is the gun (notice gun singular) and Sauer claimed to have hand cranked the belt into the gun. The gun has a motor feed and is almost impossible to load by hand. BK> On a A WW2 BK> bomber the gunner could load the belts into the gun. The WWII bomber had M2 .50 cal machine guns. The A-10 has a .30MM chain fed Gatling style gun. The .50 cal. is roughly 12MM and the weapon can be loaded by a single person if needed. The 30MM requires crew of 3 to 4 with the assistance of a motorized auto-loader. BK> In a gunship the gunner can load the ammo into the gun. Again, you selectively "remember" what he said. There is nothing to "wind" before loading the gun. EH>>>> His claim is to have been a weapons mechanic. BK>>> His training specialty. It has been pointed out repeatedly and you refuse to admit it. Sauer has admitted that he never left Texas until someone pointed out that there was no weapons mechanic school at Lackland. He then tried to make the claim that he went to Colorado before breaking his lag, but it was too late. He had already claimed otherwise in his first round of lies. But that didn't happen since Sauer never left Lackland by his own admission. BK> BTW, airframe applies to A&Ps, not weapon's mechanics. Red Herring. You don't know what you are talking about WRT his short service.
