Starfleet Academy only runs under Windows 95 (98 will work too probably).
According to the specs on the box itself, you minimally need:
        * Pentium 90
        * 16 Mb. RAM
        * 4-Speed or faster CD-ROM
        * Approx. 150 Mb. free space on HD
        * VESA-Compatible videocard with 1 Mb. memory
        * DirectX v5 compatible system
And the recommended system is a Pentium 150 with 32 Mb. RAM. Also, the game
supports 3Dfx cards (although it already looks magnificient without one).
I've got a Pentium 133 with 24 Mb. RAM myself, and the game works just
fine. But when I've got to fight against multiple ships at once, the game
tends to slow down.
But that doesn't matter - I'm having lots of fun with the game! As a matter
of fact, right after I have finished this message, I'll go play it for the
umpteenth time!
BTW, It's really nice to see Kirk, Sulu and Chekov as my instructors!
Happy gaming!
