Hello Janis,

Shew aws briefly mentioned in the news this morning and she was on screen for a
full 1350 milliseconds. I would not have notices had you not mentioned her
name. ;-)
Anyway, it seems to be a done deal. Sanders has witdrawn his candidancy and
supports Clinton. Clinton has accepted the nomination and thatis it.
From now on it is Trump vs Clinton.

Saints do not get to be presidents of the US. If you want your presidents to be
saints you have to change the system of their selection.

You do not have to convince me that the US two party system is not a good
system. I wonder how your country can still run with just two parties holding
each other in a mutual styranglehold and with every change from elephat top
donkey and vice versa, the first thing that happens is that most of what the
previous one did is undone again.
But... as there is nothing I can do about it, I do not want to spend to much
time on it. I am at an age that I realise there is not much to gain by worrying
about what I can not change anyway.
Cheers, Michiel
