Klahn fails to comprehend that no one in Fido would have ever known that
Otto has a mental illness if Otto hadn't told us all that he takes lithium.
The drug is used to level off the manic side of what was once called Manic
Depression, now more accurately called bi-polar disorder. If Klahn were
really Otto's friend and not just using Otto as a tool to fight with you he

Otto is only a tool that Klahn uses.

Here we have Klahn, as usual, blithering away at something he doesn't have
a clue about. If he were actually Otto's friend and not just using Otto,
he'd learn more about Otto's disorder and recognize those times that Otto
goes over the deep end and get him back in check.

Considering the family he comes from and his mental illness it would be
