Hello, MH> I realize this may be somewhat off-topic but where can a guy find some MH> help with the OS/2 port of "Perl" ? Any newsgroups, web sites, etc. that MH> anybody knows of would be appreciated. I've got a book on Perl and have MH> played with it some under Linux, but I just keep going around in circles MH> with this OS/2 port. MH> Also, is there an echo/newsgroup dealing with OS/2 and EMX/GCC ? What's your problem ? I use perl 5.0001 (unofficial patch level 1m) under OS/2 to generate an on-line database of about 2000 entries (http://www.datarescue.com/avpbase). The reason I generate it off-line on my OS/2 system is that my web service provider is located in Florida while I am in Belgium. I have had very little trouble with that port - that's why I haven't patched it to level 5.0002 - well less problems than with the Java port anyway...
