Note that textoutput is _not_ 32bit, but that the dll is there to convert
32bit calls to 16bit calls. The dll is a thunking dll (thunking=translation
from 32bit flat memory to 16bit 16:16 pointers); thunking is something SP
does not do. (There are no 32bit textmode functions in OS/2, so it is not
strange both compilers use 16bit functions).
