 who served a long time without ever seeing combat, and leaves
 out those who served less than four years, but left after being
 wounded in combat. Including those who were permanently
 handicapped as a result. Counting only those in Fidonet.

 wonder if Mimi knows that the Army doesn't even require 4 years.
 I wonder if she realizes, without further info, those listed who
 served in the Army might have served only two years.

 OTOH, counting reserve time, all of us who were not medically
 discharged served 6 years. At least those who served around the
 time I did.
