VLM.EXE can also be used with the LoadHigh statement, causing the
remaining 5k or so of the resident portion to load itself in high memory
instead of conventional. The code in VLM.EXE leaves about 5k in
conventional memory - why, I don't know as it works fine either way you
load it.
