That is the path to you. It must travel through the NAB to get to you. To
travel to ... Z2 for instance it does not have to travel via the NAB.
However, I would think that messages in all international echoes I partake of
travel through the NAB at some point, just as all that you take travel through
the Fidoweb at some point.
I have no need to know what is available in the Z1 (touted) echo-list to get
that mail.
