  That's the whole point I'm trying to make, he's not now nor ever going
outside.  If he escaped that's a 19 story drop (We are on back of building
with the basment level counted) and even /IF/ he survived that he's be 
stunned enough that by the time I got down there I could pick him up.

  But again, he doesn't go outside and that includes the balcony as we
are afraid he would try to jump on a bird.  He's very interested in birds.
