Nope -- I don't seem to have that problem at all with X ... I LOOKED for
that to be a problem but it wasn't. Of course I use a lot of leg cues with X
so maybe that's why I don't have those problems persa (but then I'm sure you
use the leg cues too) ...... I've even been quite surprised when I put down
the reins and rode with only leg and "seat" cues ...... he did great!!
I DO believe that X would RATHER pull the carriage than be ridden though
...... it's like when I get the saddle out he looks and almost "groans"
....he must prefers the harness stuff. Don't get me wrong -- he's good
under the saddle ..... he just seems to be much more calm and confident in
harness ..... (again, that may be MY fault as I'm still a little nervous on
him -- I'm getting better about it though ).
