NOT AGAIN

This has been discussed in many forums long ago.

The Senate Intelligence Committee hearing in May was a Kindergarten
show.
A lot of grown-ups on high places talking about things they had clearly
no idea what they were talking about.
All underbelly feelings and gossip, no proof whatsoever!

As to the article, nobody knows, nobody has any proof (again).
Hearsay, hearsay, only hearsay.
(some individuals said this, some persons said that.)
