subject: Quote character in dial string

Does anyone know a way to include the double quote character in a dial
prefix? Or rather, how to make Telemate save and reload it from the config
file? I'm trying to send this string to the modem:
   AT S6=0 S7=255 "H0 -J0 /Q1 DT
The string won't reload after it's been saved to the config file. Telemate
skips everything after the ". Is there a way to escape the " character, or a
macro that translates into a quote?
Thanks...
...Steve
